The User acknowledges and accepts that the Publisher is not responsible for interruptions and the consequences that may result for the User or any third party.

6. Modification of Terms of Use

The Publisher reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, these terms of use to adapt them to the evolution of its sites and their operation.

7. Internet Usage Rules

The User declares accepting the characteristics and limits of the Internet, and in particular acknowledges that:

8. Applicable Law

Both the sites and platforms of Side School and the terms and conditions of their use are governed by French law, regardless of the place of use. In case of any potential dispute, and after the failure to try to find an amicable solution, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear this dispute.
